Please use Letter-size document format only. You are allowed a total of 5 pages double-column pages in IEEE format for document. This is the maximum number of pages that will be accepted, including all figures, tables, and references. Please do not put page numbers on your document.

Use two Column Format [Justify the columns]	3.5 inches wide 0.25 inches space between columns
